Steam knights!!! Three fully fledged knights. Next time-some apprentice knights and followers-and one brand new steam knight-as in she’s only just finished her training. Can you guess who it is? Almost certainly.
How many steam knights are there? Not that many. Becoming a steam knight takes years of very tough training. Most people with the right attitude tend to join the army or become adventurers-the latter of which leads to immediate glory and excitement with fairly minimal training (vs the super tough training of the knights). Being a knight is also rather unfashionable these days-certainly in the more advanced areas of the world-where it’s all about flashy uniforms, cavalry sabres, cannons and massed ranks on musketry these days.

Thank you for this interesting bio! this knightly order isn’t really appreciated which is a shame, gunpowder and massed units are good, but morale, ammunition etc. can only last so long. (espesially if there’s a awful general or the sort)
Though i am curious about the terms of CR power of the main steam knight, or the average CR of a fully fledged one if possible/ alright with me asking…
Hmm-good question. I’d say the average steam knight would be CR 12-though there isn’t really such a thing as an ‘average’ steam knight-they’re all quite different and there really aren’t enough of them around for it to be right for me to make stats for ‘a steam knight’ -I’d have to do stats for each steam knight. I think I had Venom at CR 34, Romulus would come in at about CR 26 and the master would be about CR 38 🙂 I’d say Freya would be CR 15 but this would fall to CR 10 if her weakness (vulnerability to embarrassment) is known and can be exploited).
Although each steam knight is very powerful, the training takes years-so if you fight a battle against them and lose 10000 men, you’ll still win the war eventually-as long as you killed a few knights in the process. To quote Napoleon ‘You cannot stop me-I spend thirty thousand men a month’.-the grim reality of ‘modern warfare’ in BTB. Some states field troops that have trained in a similar way to steam knights but none are quite on the same level as a steam knight when it comes to individual fighting power (though warriors of the Nemean legion of the Celestant Empire are not far off and are far more numerous-not to mention all but impervious to missile attack).
Thank you, and yeah training is an important factor to everything along with good strategic know-how, take the lion of the north; Gustavus Adolphus the guy is considered the Big Daddy of modern warfare (if i recall correctly) especially in the field of combined arms. I look forward to the great progression of this comic, FOR THE SEXY!,
FOR THE BADASSERY!
Thanks-I will try to keep the sexy badassery at optimum level 😀
Quick question of amazons, are all the the children they have are girls?
Oh, and Savannah Gnolls, if there was a Amazon/S. Gnoll hybrid, how much muscle mass and height would each child give her?
Yes-all girls. Hmm-good question. It really depends on whether they kept that trait. Amazon babies tend to be mostly Amazon with just a hint of the other race-though this can vary and there are exceptions as with Tamauran (who is mostly centaur)-so I guess a super buff female gnoll that gets even buffer after having babies is not an impossibility ;).
How many generations of Amazon blood diluting would it take to make a boy though? (Or any Amazon qualities?)
Hmm-I guess it depends on genetic makeup. Most Amazon babies are Amazons-big, muscular women with some small hint to their father (maybe fluffy wolf ears if the father was a gnoll for instance). These creatures are Amazons and will only give birth to more Amazons (mostly). Maybe one in 16 babies will be a non Amazon (like Tamauran)-they have Amazon DNA but are not Amazons. These creatures will be more prone to having female babies but there is a chance they could have a male child-though this child will not be an Amazon (though he will have trace Amazon DNA-so COULD have an Amazon as a daughter-and any female children will be more likely to be bigger and stronger than a typical female of their species). That sounds about right 🙂
It does, because if there wasn’t at some line, everyone would at some point be 1/billionth Amazon and there would be no re-population. Xp
