Women and men all want the same thing, really. A lovely cake of some sort. But if there’s no cake to be had, there’s always steamy kobold massage to fall back on 😉
you know i just realized Alice must have a very high strength score to have muscles like those i didn’t notice before as i don’t look at her much since humans aren’t my taste though she is pretty and has a good personality…and for some reason when i sad that last bit abought the personality i thought i sounded like Kuzco criticizing the potential brides…must be the fact its one thirty in the morning.
Yup-She’s not very big but she’s quite fit and strong. She is a warrior priest, after all. In my opinion most, if not all active adventurers (particularly the lower level ones that have fewer magical solutions to things) would be pretty damned fit but not always quite as buff as Alice and Kazu here 🙂

have pity on me! i just agreed to doing a one-shot pathfinder campaign for 7 people and only one knows the rules. i dont know what i was thinking agreeing to this!
Sounds like fun! Is it just one session? If so, you may need to make the characters too (otherwise the whole session will be character creation) 🙂 The main advice I’d give (if you want any) is to keep the adventure nice and simple 🙂
thank you for the advice. i had planed on using premade characters and just let them change the race if they wanted to for roleplay but that one player who is my regulars convinced them to make their own T-T from scratch. at least he is helping make them.
Ah right-That’s better, really. It’s much more fun if you make your own character (just a bit overwhelming for new players sometimes) 🙂
yeah i know and im happy to make their characters. but I’ve never had such a large group its intimidating. do you have any tips on handling a large group.
I played in a very large group a while ago (about 12 of us). It has good points and bad points. Combat takes a long time but on the plus side it can feel very epic if done well. One temptation would be to use enemies that can take a few heroes out of the fight quickly but I’d say avoid doing that (you’re all there to have fun, after all).
A large part of it will come from the players. Don’t let any players steal all the limelight (though I expect some of them won’t be too bothered about being the center of attention) and in battle try to encourage players to think about what they’re going to do on their turn before their turn (while they’re waiting) to avoid time wasting (though allow some wiggle room as sometimes you don’t know what to do emediately due to changing conditions).
Above all, be patient and don’t worry about making a lot of progress every session 🙂
Also perhaps lay down a ‘we play no matter what’ policy. The group’s big enough that you can stand to play without a player or two. If you only play when everyone can make it you’ll end up never playing at all. So be flexible about party members dropping in and out of the action 🙂 Only cancel or re-schedule if more than two players can’t make the game.

Thanks for tha advice Peter i hadnt thought abought telling them to think while its the others turns. im just glad its only a one shot. yeah i needed to have implemented the you show up rule on my main game.
