New page! Yeshka’s mom?!!! She looks pretty good for her age, but gnoll tend to stay in shape pretty well until old age due to their harsh history and lifestyle.

Important!-I have cut this page into two in an effort to stop the site from re-scaling the image and making it less sharp than it should be.

Gnoll warpaint is used rather than armour with clothing often limited to decorative items. The paint increases armour class and also provides minor resistance to heat and cold as well as magically cleaning the subject and even offering a low level of damage reduction meaning that scrapes and cuts from rough ground or thorny vegetation are not a problem. The paint is more effective depending on how much clothing is worn.

Clothing Worn                                          Benefits from Standard Gnoll War Paint

Armour or full clothing                                  +1AC

Skimpy clothing (bikini level)                   +3AC, Cold/Heat Res 1 , Damage Reduction(slashing, piercing,bludgeoning) 1

Basically nude (decorative items             +5AC, Cold/Heat Res 3, Damage Reduction(slashing, piercing, bludgeoning) 3, Body magically kept clean and support provided to ‘dangly bits’. Resistance vs poison and                                                                           disease.

but no coverage of ‘the goods’).

There are many types of paint that do all sorts of different stuff, but the above is the most common type. One application will last for a week provided that it’s not removed on purpose. Ordinary soap and water will not remove the paint unless vigorously applied, though the DM may rule that the paint could be damaged or removed by certain magical or natural effects. The paint will not be damaged by rain or even by swimming in fresh or salt water.

A pot of paint with ten applications tends to go for about 150GP on the open market, though a gnoll tribe may give it to an ally and will sell it to any non-enemy for about 50GP per pot.
