Hard work and determination! Plus everyone else is an idiot too-Just like the real world. Victory doesn’t go to the perfect general. It goes to the guy that made the fewest mistakes and maybe had a bit of luck on his side. That plus troop quality and logistics. ‘Great men’ are only great because of the thousands of ordinary people that get things done when they point their finger and issue the orders 😉
