Welcome back, Dungeon Punks! Darksoul seems pleased with his new elite troops but perhaps not quite so satisfied with their uniforms. As it seems Calicos has already spent that money on a fabulous statue of himself he may have some hard work ahead to convince Darksoul that the ‘goodies on display’ approach is the correct one. Barbarians do get to use Dex+Con for AC if they’re not wearing armour, so it’s not the craziest idea (and it would save a lot of money…).

Lord Darksoul needs to be informed of the additional debuf’s such garb places on male and hermaphrodite enemy troupes as they must now struggle to fight with their armor chafing certain anatomical bits badly.
Good point! The distraction factor is worth thinking about too. I’ll fax that info to Calicos stat! (he’ll only accept communications in the form of a fax. Something about ‘the forgotten elegance of a bygone age’. He’s a strange guy).

I’m starting to think Lord Darksoul just maybe chose Int as his dump stat… Or maybe Wis? Either one is quite bad for an evil “mastermind” to drop. Great for a comedy villain though!

Hmm… For some reason he strikes me as more of a Dark Helmet, but I’m not sure why (it could just be the shared headwear though).
