Last time my fursona character has met such bastards : deds
Nice shot , Alice ; now , just finish them both . I don’t think they’ll be a real challenge for an Athena follower ; and maybe there is some peasants around to help you ?
Except for the fact that Alice is now unarmed. To knock the chest on the ground she gave up her advantage over them in combat.
But Alice has still her magic when the two nuns have lost it with their armor-source of power
That’s true (though Alice used up a lot of hers during the fight/removing curses before the fight began ) π
Yeah-You’ve got this, Alice! π Hmm, yes-Throwing your only weapon at your enemy is not really the best idea but she does get points for style π
The villagers need that money to buy seed? In D&D and Pathfinder large bags of seed are usually priced by copper or at most silver pieces. That much gold would probably buy enough seed for the next hundred years, so I doubt that’s all they’ll use it on.
Eh-Our heroes found a load of gold at the Vermin Queen’s tower and they didn’t want to be too stingy with the loot given that this village had had such a hard time of it π Yes, you’re right-That is a lot of gold for ordinary folk to have. On the other hand, the argument could be made that it only seems like a lot of gold because anyone that isn’t a part of the nobility or clergy is so desperately poor that they can only just survive on the pathetic income that they generate. So actually it’s only a crazy amount of gold by the standards of people that have to save up for several years so they can buy a new pot to piss in π
I’m sure they’ll find a use for it beyond seeds though. Maybe they’ll hook the village up to ‘the web’ (a system of interlinked crystal balls that allow for the sharing of information across the world). Then they can spend some money on ‘Amazon’ (a mail order (or female order?) delivery service run by the Amazon nation) π
Hmm it’s still a crazy amount even for peasants in a prosperous village, at least from the normal D&D and pathfinder settings. Most honest average people wouldn’t see that much in a year, in rural communities even longer. But yeah to a village that was destitute like this one was it’s even more impressive.
That’s true π I think the richest people in fantasy RPGs must be the people that deal in magic armour and weapons. I know a lot of settings don’t even have this as magic is quite rare, but in a video game where you can buy new magic gear and all the weapons cost tens of thousands of GP and the weapon dealer has dozens of items for sale. They must be richer than the King XD Like in ‘Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance’ one and two and ‘Champions of Norath’ π Loved those games. Nice simple hack and slash with tons of loot XD
Last panel with mortem being rump up : where’s the gnome king when we need him
https://btbcomic.com/comic/pg233/ =^_^=
No gnomes, but something spanky this way comes…
To spank on such sized butts , let’s say the ent woman XD
She would be pretty good at it with her hard wooden hands π
