New page! The material is revealed! Possibly the most destructive object in the universe! Can it be remade into a handy dandy balded weapon of DOOM?!!! And if so, who will wield its unfathomable POWER?!!! Time will tell on that front…. Getting very close to the next issue now and a return to the tomb of Mortubera 🙂
A bit late. Sorry about that. Had to squeeze in a Patreon page plus I had to cover an extra shift at the bar. Next page may also be late or possibly filler as I know next week is gonna be hectic but I’ll do me best 🙂

Funny thing, there’s actually a 9th level spell called “Black Blade of Doom’ in the Spell Compendium for 3.5 edition that summons the exact thing being asked for. That being a sword whose blade is forged from the same stuff as a Sphere of Annihilation, though it is a temporary self-animated construct that can’t be held. There’s also a species of Grim Reaper inspired creatures in an obscure side book (the kind of thing you need to look into to surprise a group made up of mostly fellow DMs) who wield scythes whose blades they can transform into blades of annihilation, but the transformation is inherent to the creature and not the scythe itself. Those are completely non-magical for any other species. So technically neither of these directly help the situation, but they do set the precedent that such a thing IS possible. Also, the captive is having the appropriate reaction to learning that they’ve been carrying around something as infamously dangerous as a Sphere of Annihilation on their head.
interesting take on a sphinx, she is rather delightful and her tail -what i can see of it- looks well proportioned.
which is Brahan and which one is Etna?
Nevermind… I figured it out… I was not paying attention to the speech bubbles
