Poor Midnight-I guess Wisdom was her dump stat… Or not, since she has Ranger levels and you need an okay Wis for perception and Ranger spells. I think she may be more than a little flustered at this stage. It’s a combination of her ‘defeat by modesty’ gambit backfiring (she’s more embarrassed than her victims) and her having spent the last few weeks alone. She was unprepared to deal with Yeshka and Arjuna’s brand of confusing conversation. Although she won the battle, it seems she may have lost the war 😉 Makes you wonder how Bork has lasted as long as he has and not gone completely mental…
Back to the Holy League vs Rath&co this Saturday! 😀

WOW yeshka is reeeely good at this once again i think midnight should have watched this video (i mentioned it back on page 135) to know not to speek when interagated (its actly a pretty good little movie Resisting Enemy Interrogation 1944 US Army Air Forces Training Film : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Igyo1DdkrI if ya got an hr. its almost like a TV drama today lol
and way to go with that reverse psychology there got her all messed up! (now to convene her to show her sexy body that you know she has)
It’s bound to happen sooner or later. Put a sexy character in armour into the same scene as a sword that can cut through clothing? It’s …(Kim Jong Il voice) inevitable…
Bwahahahaha!!! Oh my god Yeshka is such a professional at abusing randomness (and her goods). 😀
Well, even if you have a high wisdom stat, you do need to invest some skill points into Sense Motive if you want to see through deception. Okay, maybe Midnight did invest some, but this combo of confusing dialog and the amount of nudity close by gave her a -30 or something.
Apparently Gambits are things are do backfire occasionally, which is why they’re called Gambits and not “rock solid plans”. Doesn’t happen in movies and series (much), so I guess BTB is much more realistic.
Yes-BTB is definitely realistic-one of it’s many great strengths! ;D
