Considering that enchantment like a bag of holding and one size fits all armor are a thing in this world, you could fit something like this with the right enchantments, buffs or spells. Although which magic enchantments one should and should not put on a dildo is better discussed elsewhere.
Yes-It might have an enchantment that causes the area of anatomy in question to magically expand into a pocket dimension so that the full length of the item can be recieved. Similar enchantments are placed on cock rings- Particularly popular amongst the more well endowed races such as minotaurs and centaurs or to make physical relations safe or even possible between races that differ in size 🙂

That one was small, it was hardly in there of how easily it came out.
Nah it was the same length as the comb in her legging’s pocket and those are about 4-5 inches so it was definitely large enough, again if you consider a dildo as losing virginity. She was also apparently aroused which would make it come out easier and essentially in a life or death struggle so I doubt her primary focus would have been on tensing the muscles to keep it in as opposed to dodging or parrying the feral vampires attacks.

I expect the item has force dampeing effects in place. Somebody bulling it out might also be quite distracting 🙂
I can imagine this strategy being used against opponents who wear such armor and “tamper” with it to distract their foe.
