It was Moroz all along! I think most people guessed-it wasn’t that hard really. Fun to draw a human version though 🙂 Our disciplined warrior Moroz is plunged into the soft and decadent human world. A fun fair is not the natural habitat of a creature raised to do battle with the enemies of her race. I wonder how she’ll get on?
Patreon’s going pretty well-if I continue to steadily rise I may be able to quit my job and do this full time-which would mean more art for you guys-more Patreon content and lots more free content too, which is the best kind (I like as many people to see my work as possible!). So, if you can afford it, any amount is very much appreciated 🙂
I should really set a target for this. Lets say $1200. If I can reach this then I’ll quit the retail job and devote myself fully to BTB and art. I’ll have to make a little each month from commissions too, but if I can maintain Patreon at roughly that level I should be okay. So if you can (and only if you can-I don’t want you guys to suffer on my account), then please pledge a little 🙂

A big THANK YOU! to all of my existing Patrons! You lot really help me to keep making BTB 🙂
Please vote every day if you can and thanks for reading! 😀
If the park only employs monsters for the staff, then all humans are zombies (or any necromancy product).
It implies that necromancy or any dark art is legal in this part of the world, and it doesn’t seems they are in a f*cked place (it’s an amusement park), i quite like that because it means there are no real difference between good and bad magic in this state, it’s the usage that counts, not the nature of the spell.
Although they did say ‘humans in costumes’ rather than actual zombies. The main issue with zombies as staff would be the smell and disease.
Necromancy as a school of magic is not universally illegal but most take a pretty dim view when it comes to animating corpses (there are lots of other spells in the necromantic school of spells though)-despite this, any necromancy is seen as being ‘a bit dodgy’-despite the fact that necromantic magic is no worse than a lot of types. Eg-why is it okay to burn people to death with a fireball but not drain their life force with a vampiric touch? It’s an ongoing debate 🙂
More recently, divination has had more negative attention as a number of high profile diviners have come under investigation for scrying on various bath houses. Illusion magic is also looked upon as a school that tends to go hand in hand with the criminal classes, not to mention the enchantment school.
I guess most magic is worth being at least a little wary of-just for different reasons 😉 It’s not the type of magic that’s good or bad-it’s what you do with it that counts.
Someone’s gonna bother someone about WHAT magic they use and HOW they use it..doesn’t matter WHERE ya are..
I like the fact that they are getting along. Its something I like to see, and not have the “monsters be monsters” thing going on. Sides, if that was the fact, I dont think people would be happy if they saw ME walking ’round.
Okay, Moroz is changing form in public? I call that on the next page we are going to see a couple of pampered human whelps admiring her and asking her to do more tricks. She does use ice magic, so something related to ice cream shouldn’t be out of the question.
