The censor fairy is taking a break today. Is this a step too far or just a more honest approach to the material? I don’t intend to have wall to wall nudity all the time in BTB, but maybe I should just let it happen when it happens (rather than covering it up)?
Welp-looks like Moroz is the victor in this little tussle! The fight is (finally) getting into the end game 🙂 It’s been a bit slow going for a medium that releases 2 pages per week (fights tend to eat pages without progressing the story very quickly) but I think it’s been worth it. This comic is quite fighty, so skimping on the combat would be stupid. I also think we’ve learned a lot about these characters during the battle-and as our gnolls are going to be the main villains (or at least the hand of the main villain) in the early stages of the story I think that was a worthwhile investment 🙂

First time I’ve seen ice used for bondage like restraints.

Well, technically ice bondage is a thing, though in the real world it’s more used as a lock than as the actual material restraining you. Still though, this definitely seems legit.
Like I always said, Moroz is a freaking coward who use all the cheap shot, pervert and nasty she can because without that she will be beaten like a carpet.

I wouldn’t call her a coward (she’s been fighting all the good guys on her own for a while) but she is perfectly happy to use whatever edge she can-whether that’s tricks, gadgets or the weaknesses of her opponents…
She isn’t fight all the good guy. She cast a ice prison on the mage, make fall the one with the anchor in a trap, frozen the canon of the shooter, use her shield on the gunner and fleed the fight with Freya until she find her weakness.

You could see it that way, or you could see it as using the resources she had to hand to avoid defeat. If she’d tried to fight them all head on she’d be down and out by now 🙂

Hmm-that’s a distinct possibility. The people that go out of their way to seem ‘wholesome’ and ‘pure’ are often into the kinkiest stuff (or downright illegal stuff-Freya’s not into anything illegal of course, but you could be right about the kinky stuff-she does take some pretty big risks((incomplete armour, going commando,having Venom as a best friend/mistress)) for somebody that wants to avoid embarrassing situations.
I think Moroz’s secret might be that she is into ladies >.> considering how much she is looking at our poor bound steam knight with a blush on her face…
Nope! Well, maybe-but that isn’t it. She has another secret weakness-which will come to the surface in Ch5 😉
