So we have a Nemean male who makes the same mistakes with armour that Goret does, leaving his stomach completely unguarded, and a Road Warden Major who appears to be Science Officer Perdithia, from the space comic’s more agreeable cousin? XD
This kind of pedantic person isn’t a warrior but more a sort of diplomate , so no need of an armor . Such outfit would hide his magnificently shaped belly and stop peoples to see how awesome he is
I don’t think pedantic means what you believe it to mean. It literally means someone obsessed with little details to the point of missing the bigger more important picture. The male Nemean is vain, self-important and arrogant but he hasn’t done anything to show himself as pedantic. Mind you self-important and arrogant seems to be a racial trait with Nemeans.
I say Dandi is pedantic because his well made appearance and gestures . As you’ve said , he’s obsessed about the details of it

Or perhaps punctilious-If one wanted to be pedantic XD He corrects Bellator and Alice, though that’s more about deflecting from the possibility that there might be something rotten in the Nemean legion 🙂

Yeah-He’s not really dressed for battle-Although Nemeans need armour (and clothing) less than humans thanks to their supernaturally tough hides 🙂 I think a lot of furred and feathered races would wear less clothing than humans (which is lucky for them in this setting 😉 ).
She is quite similar to Perdethia, isn’t she. I just decided a sheep would be a good fit for a well meaning bureaucratic character 🙂 I experimented with giving her a more animalistic sheep face but I went with this design in the end. She’s a bit woolier than Perdethia and doesn’t have any horns (or if she does they’re hidden under her hair). Also only three figers on each hand and her legs are more like a satyr’s. She is pretty similar though. A limitation of my skills I’m afraid 🙂 Always room to get better though 🙂
Wasn’t meaning to call out your art skills or anything, there’s definitely enough difference between the two to distinguish. The woolier nature and different legs for example. They just had a similar kind of face and the fact that she looks like a scholar made me make the connection to the science officer. 🙂
