Well called that last page, Hathoraz offered up as the sacrificial gnoll to the vamps. I am surprised that she’s casting a spell that is offensive and might not be ineffectual though:)

I guess it’s for the best for Hathoraz to be denied some sexual time. Of how vampires are also undead, who knows what type of diseases they’re probably carrying. They’re immune to them, but any living thing they come across. Well, there’s a very high chance they won’t have a cure for all potion to help them.
Also, interesting of how all this time Hathoraz stayed naked. But when she got denied sex she suits up for battle. I guess this shows another reason why she left the fleet and went with the siblings. Not just to help them, but to help herself in a different way. Sadly for her the first place she ends up is a place full of undead that isn’t interested on having sex. That shouldn’t be surprising really, on how sex is for bringing new life into the world.
That’s true-Though vampires tend to be quite sexual beings. Unfortunately for Hathoraz, they want her body for less exciting reasons than she had hoped for 😉
Weird fact, I kinda had a crush on Ed from the Lion King when I was a kid. So this is a whole load of strange emotions rushing back! That third panel is a…..well damn!
He’s got a certain crazy charm and an excellent sense of humour I expect (It’s hard to tell since he laughs most of the time regardless of what’s going on 😉 ). Yeah, that panel is a bit saucy. May not be able to post that one on DeviantArt 😉

I know it would be bad for the story, so this isn’t a complaint, but this is why all my spellcasters have an emergency “Anti Magic Field” they can drop. At least when it gets available to them. It may screw up your own team’s magical mojo, but when your opponents are mostly creatures under a “Dominate” spell… Well things tend to get messy for puppet masters when someone destroys their puppet’s strings. And since “Dominate” has a time limit, it is completely dispelled rather than returning when the field ends. Which is helpful because a caster can just choose to end their spell early, giving them their magic back AND a bunch of angry former thralls.
Hmm-Yes, that might help here alright-Depending on the nature of their enslavement. If you remember, the orbs generated an anti-magic field but were still able to create other effects within that field (such as being able to float)… It’d free Vintus at any rate-Since we know he’s under Domina’s domination spell. It might work on the others too. Or it might not 😉
Hmmm ………. Domina is under “control” of the machine ; well , OK . But why i have the sudden feeling that this “bond” will be broken by the “promethian flame” spell from Hathoraz ?
